  1. Sulochana Chatterjee, though mostly seen in supporting roles, was also starred as heroine of ‘Mera Suhag’ (1947) and ‘Ladli’ (1949). In ‘Mera Suhag’ her hero was Aroon, actor Govinda’s father, and in ‘Ladli’ her hero was Jairaj. The music of ‘Mera Suhag’ was composed by Khemchand Prakash and the music of ‘Laldli’ was scored by Anil Biswas.
