		<description>Sir,
There is a factual incident which hastened exit of Noorjehan and Shaukat Rizvi to Pakistan,in 1947.
Jugnu had a story,slightly ahead of its time.On this story,there was a hot discussion between Baburao Patel(Filmindia Editor)and Shaukat.Patel warned Shaukat not to instigate him,but Shaukat dared him to do what he wanted.Patel,who was very friendly with Morarji Desai-the then Chief Minister of Bombay-,picked up the phone and complained Desai that &#039;these days a picture called Jugnu is spoiling young Indians morally.&#039;
Desai saw the film same day and Jugnu was banned in Bombay for a period.
This made Noor/Shaukat feel insecure in India and they finalised their Pakistan migration,immediately.

NB-This has been recorded by Raju Bharatan in his book.
