Help Wanted by French Documentary Filmmaker

Nargis in Taqdeer (1943)

My name is Nicolas Autheman, I am a french documentary filmmaker. I am working now on one project about the Kumbh Mela and the lost people. (http://web.poissonsvolants.com/?Les-egares-du-Gange). As you may know that there is this very common line in Hindi movies saying that “we get lost in our childhood at the Kumbh Mela”.  I noticed that Taqdeer (1943) by Mehbood Khan was one of these movies  and  I would like to know from where I can buy it or get a copy of this film. Secondly, do you know any other films that have this line in them and that I can find more easily. Thank you very much.
